I had my kitchen done in July . I found kitchen design and from the first II was treated with respect. Louise listened to what I wanted and helped me plan out kitchen which I am now pleased with. I had first saw her in Feb but due to Covid nothing could be started until building opened. I live in a condo.. All during covid she kept in touch which was comforting as I knew I was not forgotten. We were searching for how to approach a kitchen and bath reno for a modest war time house. We dropped into Louise’s showroom and were thrilled to find someone with not only an understanding of what we wanted but also a fine sense of proportion. We wanted functional, affordable changes which would enable us to age (gracefully) in our house. Louise presented us with an efficient design which balanced budget and quality. Louise always takes that next step to ensure that her clients are happy — guiding and directing colour and material choices to fit within budget.
