When I first thought of using a “Kitchen Designer” for my relatively small project ($12K), I thought “oh, they won’t even talk to me” but Louise and Bonnita were amazing! Louise was upfront and honest about the challenges with my initial design and came up with great ideas for a recycling centre, a flour bin, where the dishwasher should be in relation to my dishes, etc. I ended up with a functional, beautiful kitchen which I couldn’t be happier with! Both also worked well, at a distance, with my contractor in PEI. I would definitely recommend their services.

Louise O’Haran impressed us from the start. Her sincerity and desire to achieve the best results with the most value for our money was consistent throughout our kitchen design and renovation. Louise is passionate about quality and communications. She demonstrated that she cared about us. She was readily accessible 7AM to 7PM during the week by means of phone, text and email, and went above and beyond during the critical phases of our project amidst COVID-19. Her creative yet practical approach to design included: considerations for nuances in colour, textures and lighting; layout and style that maximize appeal and property value; and consideration for the uniqueness of our oceanfront beach house. Louise closely monitored all phases of our project. Aspects that stood out to us were communications, consultative design, ordering ease, on-time delivery and installation, and attentiveness to high standards for quality.
