We recently had the pleasure of using the services of KDP to design a full kitchen renovation. Louise and Bonnita were very exacting in the creation of the design and extremely generous in their time to arrive at a final set of plans that met our needs. Despite the flat fee structure we never felt rushed; they both went out of their way to answer our questions and deal with any concerns that arose. Louise is a take-charge individual. She did a very good job of managing the schedule, all while keeping us informed at every step of the renovation. Were it not for Louise’s industry contacts, we would not have known of Glenwood Kitchen Ltd. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and materials used by the company, and their professionalism. Those comments also apply to Jade Stone, the producers of our countertops and her cabinet installer. It’s obvious that Louise surrounds herself with the best professionals in the industry. KDP was a pleasure to deal with. They provided great design ideas to us for our kitchen, and helped us pick out the right products and finishes. Louise came out to our place to make sure the drawings were accurate, and then again after installation to make sure we were happy with the final result. A couple of fixes were needed and she was all over it! They were fixed in a timely way and we were very happy with the result. We were so happy we asked KDP to help us with our master bathroom too!

As first time kitchen buyers, we were pretty “green”. We started at the Big Box Stores, and gradually became informed of how they work. Frankly, we felt choices for cabinets, and certainly for stone were somewhat limited. They were not all that forthcoming with pricing, unclear on delivery times and we questioned how helpful they would be once the sale was made. Thankfully, we discovered Louise and KDP on the Houzz site ! Walking out of her store after our first visit, we both looked at each other and said “That’s more like it ! We need to go with KDP !” And now that the job is done, we are very glad that we did. As the owner of her business, Louise brings her years of experience, strong relationships with high quality cabinet makers and access to a couple of fantastic stone providers. Her pricing is very transparent and fair. She is detail oriented and was very engaged with the installation and follow up. She has a warehouse facility to store things, which was very helpful in light of Covid and delivery scheduling challenges.

On top of all that, she is a delightful person ! We would highly recommend Louise O’Haran and Kitchen Design Plus.
